Is there a minimum order quantity?

A: Yep! Since each goody box is custom-designed and lovingly hand-assembled, we do have a minimum order of 10 boxes. It helps us keep the magic flowing smoothly!

Where do you ship?

A: Right now, we ship to all 48 continental U.S. states—and the best part? Shipping is totally free! 🎉

How far in advance should I place my order?

A: We recommend placing your order at least two weeks before your party date. Each box is crafted with care by our small (but mighty!) team, and that time gives us the wiggle room to make sure everything gets to you just right and on time.

What if I need to order more than 30 boxes?

A: Big party? No problem! We’re happy to create goody boxes for larger events—just give us a little extra time and a heads up so we can plan accordingly.

What is your return policy?

A: Since each goody box is custom-made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns. But if something isn’t right, let us know and we’ll do our best to make it right!
